Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During peak times, such as holidays or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and shipping preference.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. If your order is delayed more than 10 business days, contact us at lumelabag@gmail.com.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
